Q: How do I pay my HOA fees & fines?
A: You must obtain your registration credentials from My MVP Property Management to access the link below. If you need to reset your password you have to call My MVP Management for a password reset.

Check or Money Order also accepted, but is not the preferred method of payment. Please make payment out to Bayloft Condominium Association. Q: What are my voting rights in the condominium association?
A: It’s (1) vote per unit.
Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?
A: It’s for Residential use only, please see Rules & Regulations. Short-term rentals are not allowed at Baylofts. All applicable fines will be assessed and all attorney’s fees will be charged to the unit.
Q: What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on the leasing of my unit?
A: Board approval is required and leases must be for a minimum of six months. The rental application details provided the information that must be provided in order to seek board approval for a rental applicant. Short-term rentals are not allowed at Baylofts. All applicable fines will be assessed and all attorney’s fees will be charged to the unit.
Q: How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type and when they are due?
A: The amounts vary by year, so you should check with the property manager if you are unsure what amount you should be paying. Fees are due monthly and a $25.00 late fee as well as 15% per annum interest will be imposed after the 10th of the month.
Q: Do I have to be a member in any other association? If so, what is the name of the association and what are my voting rights in this association? Also, how much are my assessments?
A: No such requirement or assessment.
Q: When are Board meetings?
A: Meeting dates, times and agendas are posted on the building’s 1st-floor bulletin board at least 48 hours in advance and owners are reminded via email also.
Q: Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities? If so, how much am I obligated to pay annually?
A: No.
Q: Is the Condominium Association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000? If so, identify each such case.
A: No.
Q: Are pets allowed in Baylofts?
A: Yes, please see the Rules & Regulations under the HOA & Governance section of the website (e.g., weight limit of 40lbs). To register your pet please visit the Pets section of the website for more information. If at any time during your residency you obtain a new pet you must register them. If you are temporarily babysitting or fostering a pet for more than a week you are required to register the pet with the property manager.
Q: What amenities or services does Baylofts offer?
A: Baylofts offers a pool; gym; common meeting room; guest parking; a dog walk area; recycling; on-site daytime maintenance person (M, Tu, W, Th, Fri, Sat); and free wi-fi in the common meeting room and gym area.
