Move-in/Out, Deliveries & Donation Pickup Policies

Move-in/Out, Deliveries & Donation Pickup Policies

  • No resident may move in without prior Board approval.
  • All residents must have a background check done, a fee will apply.
  • Owners must pay a $1,000 deposit to the building, refundable after move-out if there is no damage to the property or pending fines. Please note security deposits are subject to partial or complete forfeiture due to cited violations.
  • Scheduling move in/out: Contact Betts Property Management at 305-300-1315 or Cammanagerbetts@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Move in/out days are:

    Mon    10:30 am-3:30 pm
    Tue     11:30 am – 3:30 pm
    Thurs  11:30 am – 3:30 pm
    Sat       9:00 am to 4:00 pm

  • If you use a moving company, please have the company send a certificate of insurance showing liability and workers compensation coverages, naming Baylofts Condominium, 455 NE 25 Street , Miami FL 33137 as an additional insured. We will also need the copy of the license of the moving company .

  • Deliveries, Donation Pickup, Selling of  Items

    If you are expecting a delivery of furniture, appliances, or any large item the moving pads must be up in the elevator, failure to follow these guidelines may result in a fine. These guidelines also apply to selling of furniture, donation pickups, or junk removal. Please contact the property manager to make arrangements.

    Please schedule these activities between the days and times listed below.

    Mon    10:30 am-3:30 pm
    Tue     11:30 am – 3:30 pm
    Thurs  11:30 am – 3:30 pm

  • The front door and gates are not to be left propped open under any circumstances without supervision from the unit owner/renter.

  • Residents are responsible for supervising any vendor they allow access to the building.
