
No Short-Term Rentals/Guest Parking

NOTICE
THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! Short term leases and rentals (i.e. via AirBnB, Homeaway,VRBO, etc…) are not permitted at Baylofts Condominium under section 17.8 of the Association’s Declaration of Condominium which requires all rentals in the building to obtain prior written approval from the Association. The minimum rental period is 6 months.
Any owner in violation is subject to daily fines, legal action from the association as well as immediate removal of the unauthorized tenant/occupant and reporting to the government agencies for investigation and enforcement of violations of Chapter 509, Florida Statutes.
Any resident, tenant, renter, or other occupant in violation of this policy will also be subject to daily fines, eviction and any other legal action as a result of the violation.
If the foregoing applies to you, you must immediately vacate the property! We have security cameras in and around the building and we will pursue your immediate removal and any other remedies to the full extent allowed by law. GUEST PARKING
- Guest parking is now located on the 2nd and 3rd floor only!
- Spaces are labeled guest parking.
- A guest parking permit is required to park in the designated space. If a guest parking permit is not displayed your vehicle will be towed at your own expense!
- Guest may not park in the designated parking space for long periods of time (i.e. weeks). You may park in guest parking for a 24 hour period of time. Moving your car or leaving the property does not extend the 24 hour period of time.
- Any owner or renter parked in this space without approval of the board of directors or management will be towed at their own expense and fines may apply.
- Parking is monitored periodically throughout the day on a daily basis.
