
Tropical Storm and Hurricane Protocol

In anticipation of any hurricane or strong tropical storm we ask residents to follow building protocol.
Per point #10 of the recorded Rules and Regulations: If you are a Unit Owner or resident “… who plans to be absent during the hurricane season must prepare his Unit prior to his departure by designating a responsible firm or individual to care for his Unit should a hurricane threaten the unit of should the Unit suffer hurricane damage….”
Fines will be issued, if the balcony of a unit is not cleared, be it occupied or not.
If you have a bicycle which is not chained and/or locked to the actual bicycle rack, please store it inside your unit until the storm passes.
