Access Control
Access to the building is controlled through the following means:
- Key fobs: gain entry to the external doors for foot traffic, and also open the garage door
- Parking garage door opener
- Building key: large key that grants you access to the trash room, and manual entry through the foot traffic doors.
- Call box
- Entry & Community Manager mobile app (available on App Store and Google Play)
Holding Doors Open for People
We kindly ask you to reconsider the classic act of holding doors open for unfamiliar faces attempting to enter our building. Instead, we encourage you to graciously guide them to utilize the call box positioned at the entrance. Not only does this approach maintain a sense of community, but it also plays a crucial role in upholding our safety standards.
Tailgating
When it comes to navigating our shared parking garage, we advocate for a pause before allowing unknown vehicles to tailgate behind you. Take a moment to let the gate gracefully close after your entrance. This simple, 30-second gesture acts as a deterrent, safeguarding our parking facilities from unauthorized access. Your brief pause contributes significantly to the security and harmony of our building.
Report Concerns
Should you happen to witness an individual gaining access to the building through unauthorized means or if any behavior raises concerns, we strongly encourage you to promptly reach out to us. Your vigilance and proactive communication are instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our community’s security measures.
How to order replacements or gain access?
